Fabric Projects
Every now and then I break out the sewing machine to see what I can make. I’m by no means a pro, but, like most other things, I just want to see if I can do it! I’ve made everything from blankets and bags to dresses and skirts to, of course, face masks! Check out some of my fabric projects below:
Fleece Gaiter/Facemasks
Anyone who knows me knows I hate to be cold! And, even in the era of Covid, we still have to have groceries, etc., so there are times when you need to be warm AND have a facemask on. While teaching my 10 year old to use the sewing machine, I’m also trying to teach him about giving (both time and necessary items). We’re making fleece items to donate to local shelters & I encourage anyone who has extra material & about 30 minutes of time to do the same!
